The working principle of the alcohol recovery tower utilizes the principle that the boiling point of the alcohol is lower than that of other solutions, and uses a temperature slightly higher than the boiling point of the alcohol to heat and evaporate the dilute alcohol solution to be recovered.
After the tower body is refined, pure alcohol gas is precipitated and increased The concentration of the alcohol solution achieves the purpose of recovering alcohol.
Equipment structure of alcohol recovery tower:
1.The alcohol recovery tower is composed of six parts: tower kettle, tower body,
condenser, cooler, buffer tank, and high-level storage tank. It is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in pharmaceutical, food, light industry, chemical industry, etc. They are all made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L,
2.Have good corrosion resistance, and have the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, reducing production costs and improving efficiency.
3.The device can dilute the dilute alcohol from 30 degrees to 50 degrees to 93 degrees to 95 degrees, and the residual liquid discharge has low alcohol content, which meets the requirements of environmental protection.
