Fully automatic horizontal loading machine realizes mechanical and electrical integration. Automatic bottle sorting, tablet pushing, cap sorting and bottle capping. The working flow is: Bottle unscrambler-Hoist machine -Automatic horizontal loading machine (including capping ) -Feeding and managing machine (including horizontal vibration feeding machine ) -Horizontal labeling machine (including inline conveyor belt)

Bottle unscrambler: All stainless steel equipment conforms to GMP standard 304 specifications, and the tray rotation speed control system.

Feeding and managing machine: All stainless steel equipment conforms to GMP standard 304 specifications, horizontal feeding control system.

In addition to horizontal filling machines, there is an increasing market demand for production lines with foil rolls.The equipment works very differently, at the filling station, vertical filling is used, and the tablets are wrapped in aluminum foil before they enter the tube.

The effervescent sheet roll paper tube packing machine is suitable for wrapping large sheets of single-row overlapping aluminum foil into a roll, automatic sheet sorting, packaging, pushing, bottle sorting and capping, realizing mechatronics.

The machine is controlled by a programmable controller, using a stepping motor and a cylinder as the executive element. The action is stable and reliable, the operation is simple, the maintenance is convenient, and it can run automatically. When there is no paper or too few sheets, it can automatically alarm and stop. All parts of the machine in contact with the tablet are made of 316L material, and others are made of steel plate baking paint, 304 or aluminum alloy anodized.

The working flow is: Oscillating delivery tablet-Arrange tablets-Paper feed section-Bottle unscramber-Tablet filling machine-Capping machine-Labelling machine

Composition and Function:

1.Cap Vibrating System: Loading cap to hopper by manual, automatically arranging cap to rack for plugging by vibrating system.

2.Tablet feeding system: Put Tablet into hopper by manual, vibrating and sending tablet to channels automatically for packing preparation.

3.Tube feeding unit: put tube into hopper by manual, shaking system will send tube to rack automatically. Tube direction should be checked by manual before put into hopper

4.Cap Pushing unit: When tube get tablet, cap pushing system will push cap and close tube automatically, no tablet no capping, no tube no capping.

5.Electronic Control Section: This machine is controlled by PLC,cylinder and stepper motor. with automatic multi-function alarm system.

If a machine wants to fill multiple tubes, it only needs to replace the mold, which saves a lot of money for multi-product production.
