Design and installation of ventilation system in dust-free clean workshop
The general regulations for the ventilation system of the dust-free clean workshop are as follows:
1. Setting conditions of mechanical ventilation in dust-free clean workshop
The ventilation of dust-free clean workshop should be natural ventilation, but the clean pharmaceutical cleanroom should be equipped with mechanical ventilation under the following circumstances:
(1) It emits a lot of residual heat, residual humidity or odor, special gas, etc.;
(2) There is no natural ventilation condition or natural ventilation cannot meet the sanitation requirements;
(3) Personnel stay for a long time, and there is no open window in the dust-free clean workshop.
2. Setting of ventilation system in clean room
Mechanical ventilation should give priority to local exhaust, and when the sanitary requirements cannot be met, comprehensive exhaust should be used.
The installation of mechanical ventilation system (including the system combined with hot air heating) shall meet the following requirements:
(1) For clean rooms with different requirements for air supply parameters and usage time, ventilation systems should be set up independently.
(2) In a clean room that emits a lot of residual heat, residual humidity and special gases, the ventilation system should generally not be shared with other clean rooms; when the ventilation system is required to be shared due to conditions, measures should be taken to prevent such gases from entering other clean rooms technical measures.
(3) In the following cases, a separate exhaust system should be set up:
1) Can cause combustion after mixing;
2) After mixing, it can form aggravated corrosion;
3) When it is easy to condense steam and accumulate dust after mixing;
4) Clean rooms and equipment that emit strong odors or special substances;
5) There is a separate clean area with special requirements for storage in the dust-free clean workshop.
(4) When the surrounding environment is poor and the clean room air has cleanliness requirements, a certain positive pressure should be maintained in the room,
The exhaust air volume should be 80%~90% of the air supply volume; for the clean area where dust, special gases or dangerous substances are released, a certain negative pressure should be maintained, and the air supply volume should be 80% of the exhaust air volume ~90%.
(5) The indoor section of the special gas duct should be negative pressure.
3. Setting of outdoor air inlet and air outlet of dust-free clean workshop
The outdoor air intake and exhaust vents of the mechanical ventilation system should meet the following requirements:
(1) The air inlet should be located directly in a place with clean outdoor air, and should be located on the windward side of the air outlet as much as possible and should be lower than the air outlet;
(2) The distance between the bottom of the air inlet and the air outlet should not be less than 2m from the outdoor floor, and when the air inlet is located in the green belt, it should not be less than 1m;
(3) The exhaust vents for accident exhaust shall not be arranged in places where people often pass or stay;
(4) The horizontal distance between the air outlet of the accident exhaust and the air inlet of the mechanical air inlet system shall not be less than 20m; when the horizontal distance between the air inlet and the air outlet is less than 20m, the air outlet shall not be higher than the air inlet. less than 6m;
(5) When the discharge outlet of the exhaust duct is discharged at high altitude, it should be higher than the roof ridge, and the height of the upper end of the discharge outlet above the roof ridge shall generally not be less than the following requirements:
1) When discharging non-polluting gas, it should be 0.5m higher than the roof;
2) When discharging special gas with a higher allowable concentration less than 5mg/m3, it should be 3.0m higher than the roof;
3) When discharging special gas with a higher allowable concentration greater than 5mg/m3, it should be 5.0m higher than the star surface.
(6) Special substances directly discharged into the atmosphere should meet the discharge requirements and standards of relevant departments such as environmental protection, sanitation and epidemic prevention, and should be purified if not.
(7) The noise of the air inlet and air outlet should meet the requirements of the environmental protection department, otherwise noise reduction measures should be taken. 4. Ventilation volume
For dust-free clean workshops equipped with mechanical ventilation systems, the ventilation volume should be determined according to the following principles:
(1) The fresh air volume required by personnel should not be less than the fresh air volume required by air conditioners in the same type of clean area;
(2) When adopting the comprehensive ventilation method to eliminate the indoor waste heat, the ventilation volume should be calculated and determined according to the relevant design formula;
(3) When the overall ventilation method is adopted to remove indoor residual humidity and other special substances, the engineering design shall determine the number of air changes and the required ventilation volume through balance calculation and according to relevant norms and standards;
(4) The local exhaust air volume can be calculated and determined according to the area of u200bu200bthe exhaust hood and the required wind speed.
5. Air supply system
Set up a dust-free clean workshop with central heating and exhaust air, and set up a make-up air system according to the following requirements:
(1) Natural make-up air should be used first, including the use of clean air in adjacent clean areas for natural make-up air;
(2) When the natural supplementary air does not meet the requirements, a mechanical supplementary air (air supply) system should be set up;
(3) The mechanical exhaust system that runs no more than 2 hours a day may not be equipped with mechanical supplementary air (supply air);
(4) In the areas where people stay and the clean areas where freezing is not allowed, the air in the mechanical air supply system should be heated in winter, and should meet the balance requirements of indoor air volume and heat.
