For the use method of V-type mixer, when the mixer is running with materials, first open the feeding port of the mixer, confirm whether the discharge port is closed, and input a regular amount of materials into the V-type hopper according to the technical control requirements. After feeding, in order to avoid material outflow during mixing, the feeding port shall be closed and locked. Next is the operation time of the V-type mixer. Turn on the power button, rotate the stop button to the left, and start the rotation button of the mixer. After the mixture has completed the amount to be mixed, it needs to stop through the speed button of the conditioning motor. When stopping, make the discharge port of the mixer face the ground, and adjust the speed button of the conditioning motor to position 0. The V-type mixer rotates the stop button to the right to block the power supply. Finally, discharge: open the feeding port of V-type mixer, and use regular containers to load at the discharging port until the materials in the hopper are discharged.
