1.2 the production cost is reduced, and the calcined high-temperature calcined sensible heat is also used for the early preheating
of the stone; the energy consumption is 15 kg standard coal, equivalent to 10 Nm3 of natural gas, for every 50 kg CO2 production (
50 kg Cao production at the same time);

1.3 due to indirect heating, the produced carbon dioxide does not contain sulfide and nitrogen oxides, thus eliminating the
desulfurization and denitrification process, with low operation cost and simple operation. It is the first low-temperature
distillation washing process, which avoids water washing, potassium washing, activated carbon adsorption, molecular sieve drying
and other devices, which is a major highlight of this technology.

1.4 unique heat and cooling capacity utilization measures, key heat exchange equipment adopts plate fin infiltration technology,
so that the cold and hot temperature difference is accurately controlled within 1C, effectively reducing product consumption;

1.5 the only domestic cold box type distillation device is used, which uses heat pump distillation and staged refrigeration
technology.

2.0 plant design requirements

2.1 device definition
The device uses the tail gas of calcined limestone kiln as raw material to produce food grade liquid carbon dioxide.

The battery limit of the unit is from the special lime kiln to the liquid CO2 product entering the storage tank.
