Clean room PVC flooring is a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material specifically designed for clean room environments. It has a high density and smooth surface. This material usually consists of a multi-layer structure, including a wear-resistant layer, a printing layer and a base layer. 1. Meet cleaning requirements

The control of airborne particles in the clean room is extremely demanding. PVC flooring provides a seamless floor that effectively prevents dust, dirt and microorganisms from accumulating in the gaps. This is particularly important in advanced cleanrooms such as semiconductor manufacturing and precision optical instrument production. Clean rooms often use a variety of chemicals for cleaning, etching, and other processes. The PVC floor has a certain elasticity and flexibility, and the personnel will feel more comfortable when walking on it. In a clean room, staff may need to stand or walk for long periods of time, and this comfort helps reduce fatigue. At the same time, its anti-slip performance is good, even if the ground is wet by a small amount of liquid (such as clean water), it can reduce the risk of slipping and ensure the safety of staff.

5. Easy to install and maintain

In the process of clean room construction or renovation, the installation of PVC floor is relatively simple. By pasting and other methods, it can be quickly laid, and the dust and waste generated during the installation process are less, which meets the construction requirements of clean rooms. During use, it is easy to clean and maintain. For example, stains on the ground can be easily removed with a mop and suitable cleaner, and if there is local damage, such as being scratched by a sharp object, it can also be repaired with a local patch without affecting overall use.
