The Super-clean workbench must pass through the primary effect filter and high efficiency filter and then be pressed into the static pressure box by the centrifugal fan. After the primary effect filter and high efficiency filter, it is blown out from the air surface to form a clean air flow. The clean air flow flows through the work area that needs to be purified with uniform cross section wind speed, and the dust in the area is taken away, thus forming a high cleanliness working environment.
