1. Central circulating tube evaporator in clean and dust-free clean room modular

Its heating chamber is composed of vertical tube bundles, with a central circulation tube with a large diameter in the middle, and the remaining heating tubes with smaller diameters are called boiling tubes. Due to the large central circulation tube, the heat transfer surface occupied by the unit volume of solution is smaller than that of the unit volume solution in the boiling tube, that is, the heating degree of the solution in the central circulation tube and other heating tubes is different, so the steam in the boiling tube is heated. The density of the liquid mixture is lower than that of the solution in the central circulation pipe, and the upward suction of the rising steam will cause the solution in the evaporator to form a circular flow that descends from the central circulation pipe and rises from the boiling pipe. It is mainly caused by the density difference of the solution, so it is called natural circulation, which is beneficial to the improvement of the heat transfer effect in the evaporator. In order to make the solution have a good circulation, the cross-sectional area of u200bu200bthe central circulation pipe is generally 40%~10% of the total cross-sectional area of u200bu200bother heating pipes; the height of the heating pipe is generally 1~2m; the diameter of the heating pipe is between 25~75mm.


Central circulating tube evaporator is widely used due to its compact structure, convenient manufacture, good heat transfer and reliable operation.
However, due to structural limitations, the circulation speed is not large, and the solution is continuously circulated in the heating chamber, so that its concentration is always close to the concentration of the finished solution, so the boiling point of the solution is high and the effective temperature difference is small. In addition, the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment are not convenient enough, so it is difficult for this kind of evaporator to fully meet the requirements of some production.






2. Clean and clean room hanging basket evaporator


In order to overcome the shortcomings of the evaporating liquid in the circulating evaporator, which is easy to crystallize, easy to scale and not easy to clean, a more reasonable improvement has been made to the structure of the standard evaporator, which is the hanging basket evaporator. The heating chamber is like a basket, suspended at the lower part of the evaporator shell, and the central circulation pipe is replaced by an annular channel between the outer wall of the heating chamber and the inner wall of the evaporator. The solution rises along the center of the heating pipe, and then follows the hanging basket heating chamber. The annular gap between the outer wall and the inner wall of the evaporator flows downward to form a circulation. Since the area of u200bu200bthe annular gap is about 100%~150% of the total cross-sectional area of u200bu200bthe heating tube, the circulation speed of the solution is larger than that of the standard evaporator, which can reach 1.5m/s. In addition, the heating chamber of this evaporator can be taken out from the top for maintenance. Or replace it, and the heat loss is also small; its main disadvantage is that the structure is complex, and the metal consumption per unit heat transfer area is more.

The circulation speed of the above two natural circulation evaporators is not large enough, generally below 1.5m/s. In order to make the evaporator more suitable for evaporating solutions with high viscosity, easy crystallization or serious scaling, and to increase the circulation speed of the solution to prolong the operation period and reduce the number of cleanings, a boiling chamber can be added to the heating chamber. The solution in the heating chamber does not boil in the heating tube due to the additional static pressure of the liquid column in the boiling chamber, until it rises to the boiling chamber and starts to boil when the pressure decreases, so the boiling and vaporization of the solution is moved from the heating chamber to A boiling chamber without a heat transfer surface, thus avoiding the formation of crystallization or fouling in the heating tube, this is the Levin evaporator. In addition, the cross-sectional area of u200bu200bthe circulation pipe of this evaporator is about 2~3 times of the total cross-sectional area of u200bu200bthe heating pipe, and the circulation speed of the solution can reach more than 2.5~3m/s, so the total heat transfer coefficient is also large; its main disadvantage is that the liquid The temperature difference loss caused by the static head effect of the column is large.
