Focuses On Professional Cleanroom Project And Pharmaceutical Cleanroom Equipment.
Main Applications of Differential Pressure Gauges
Air differential pressure gauges are suitable for measuring slight air pressure differences, and are widely used for the detection and indication of micro pressure differences in environments within the pharmaceutical and microelectronic industries. They can be installed on the outer wall of cleanrooms in either recessed or wall-mounted modes, require no power supply, and feature high sensitivity and relatively high measurement accuracy.
Measurement Modes
Positive Pressure Measurement: Connect the pressure source to any one of the two high-pressure ports with an air guide tube, and plug the unused port; leave one or both low-pressure ports open to the atmosphere.
Differential Pressure Measurement: Connect the high-pressure source to any one of the two high-pressure ports, and the low-pressure source to any one of the two low-pressure ports with air guide tubes respectively; plug the two unused pressure tapping ports on the gauge.
Negative Pressure Measurement: Connect the pressure source to any one of the two low-pressure ports with an air guide tube, and plug the unused port; leave one or both high-pressure ports open to the atmosphere.
Installation Requirements for Differential Pressure Gauges
A 2mm thick 304 stainless steel mounting panel for differential pressure gauges can be optionally equipped. After installation, there are no exposed components, resulting in an aesthetic overall appearance and convenient installation and maintenance.
Differential pressure gauges are generally used to detect the pressure difference between cleanrooms and non-clean areas, and are typically installed on the wall separating cleanrooms from non-clean areas, so that the pressure difference between the interior and exterior of the cleanroom can be easily observed from the outside.
Pointer-Type Differential Pressure Gauge Installation Steps
Installation Location of Differential Pressure Gauges
Generally, differential pressure gauges should be installed in lower-classification areas, with air tubes leading to higher-classification areas. Typical installation locations include:
Key Installation Notes
Differential pressure gauges shall be installed at all locations with different clean classifications to prevent cross-contamination.
The set pressure difference should not be excessively high, as it will lead to high energy consumption. For engineering practice, it is recommended that the pressure difference of Grade A areas be maintained at around 60 Pa, and shall not exceed 100 Pa.
