The motor in the sterile pharmaceutical cleanroom should be installed horizontally on the sliding seat or fixed on the foundation. The alignment and leveling of the motor should be based on the installed fan. When it is driven by a V-belt, the motor can be adjusted on the sliding rail. The position of the fan should ensure that the centerlines of the two shafts of the fan and the motor are parallel to each other and fixed on the foundation horizontally, and the direction of the slide rail cannot be reversed.
For the fan driven by the V-belt pulley, when installing the motor, in order to ensure that the axes of the motor and the fan are parallel to each other, the pulley on the motor should be aligned so that the center lines of the two pulleys overlap and the V-belt is tightened ;The motor is fixed on the two slide rails of the motor with bolts, be careful not to install the slide rails in the opposite direction, and place the two slide rails parallel to each other and horizontally on the foundation; the motor can be adjusted on the slide rails to make the V-belt The degree of tightness is appropriate. Generally, tap the middle of the installed belt with your hand and bounce slightly, or press your fingers on the two belts, and it is qualified if it can be pressed down by about 2cm. When the coupling connects the fan and the motor, the centerlines of the two shafts should be on a uniform straight line, the allowable deviation of the axial inclination is 0.2‰, and the allowable deviation of the radial displacement is 0.05mm; the purpose of aligning the coupling is to Eliminate the non-concentricity and non-parallelism of the centerline of the fan main shaft and the centerline of the electric drive shaft, otherwise it will cause fan vibration, motor and bearing overheating and other phenomena.
