Description
According to the principle of slit impact, the planktonic bacteria sampler uses the gap acceleration method to collect the planktonic bacteria in the air, which has the characteristics of high collection efficiency. The instrument has an imported large flow oil-free vacuum pump, which can complete the flow collection required by GMP in a very short time, and can set different sampling amount according to the use requirements. The whole instrument is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer. It is easy to operate and the acquisition process is automatic. Compared with the conventional sedimentation method, the bacterioplankton sampler can directly obtain the number of colonies per unit volume of air, and is not affected by the ambient air flow.
