The whole instrument is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer. It is easy to operate and the acquisition process is automatic. Compared with the conventional sedimentation method, the bacterioplankton sampler can directly obtain the number of colonies per unit volume of air, and is not affected by the ambient air flow.
