During normal use, the screws need to be loosened a little; 2. When pressurizing, pay attention that all the threads of the lead screw must enter the upper plate, and not just connect a few buttons. Prevent thread deformation of the lead screw; 3. Regularly add lubricating oil to the lead screw. Prevent the rust of the lead screw from affecting the use; 4. The pressurization must not exceed the pressure range of the machine, otherwise danger will occur; 5. It is advisable to use clean No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil; 6. The manual pressure handle is strong when pressurized , but the pressure gauge has no indication, unload and check the pressure gauge immediately; 7. When the machine is new or has not been used for a long period of time, slightly tighten the oil drain valve when it is used, and unload when it is pressurized to 5-10MPa, and repeat continuously 2-3 times, it can be used normally; 8. The large piston should not exceed the specified stroke, otherwise the tension spring will be deformed, and the oil cylinder cannot return to the initial position; Block the low-pressure valve port with your hands, shake the pressure handle, and the oil will flow out from there. When the oil that cannot block the valve with your hands comes out, tighten the screws;
