After pushing the tablet into the die hole, the tablet will fall out. It refers to division. The reason for splitting is mainly because there is too much fine powder in the granules. There is air in the pellets during compression. Compression is faster. The gap in view is relatively small. During compression, the air is not removed from the granules, but is trapped within the sheet. When there is no pressure, the air expands, which causes the rip. According to the above situation, we should first make the fine powder in the granules into a pre-pressing device to let the air escape. However, many cases cannot be explained.
