A tablet press is a machine that puts granular or powdery substances into the holes of a die and presses them into tablets with punches. However, during the production process, users often report that the effect is not good. Insufficient crushing fineness of the drug, insufficient fiber, elasticity and oil content of the drug, and uneven mixing will cause loose tablets. Crush the drug into a 100-mesh screen, select a strong adhesive, moderately increase the pressure of the press, and fully mix the oil drug absorbent to overcome it.
