Weighing room is a kind of local purification equipment specially used in places such as pharmacy, microbiological research and scientific experiments. It provides a vertical unidirectional air flow. Part of the clean air circulates in the working area and part of it is discharged to the nearby area, so as to generate negative pressure in the working area, prevent cross contamination, and ensure a high cleanliness environment in the working area.
Weighing and subpackaging of powder and reagent in the equipment can control the overflow and rise of powder and reagent, prevent the inhalation hazard of powder and reagent to human body, avoid the cross contamination of powder and reagent, and protect the external environment and the safety of indoor personnel.
This equipment is composed of working area, return air box, fan box, air outlet box and outer box. The control panel is located at the front of the working area inside the equipment. It adopts a touch LED control panel, which can control the start and stop of the fan, adjust the working condition of the fan, and adjust the wind speed required by the working area (when the equipment is installed and used, special personnel need to adjust the working condition). There is a differential pressure gauge beside it. The resistance of the filter is tested. There is an exhaust regulating plate inside the air supply box, which can adjust the exhaust air volume of the equipment within a reasonable range.
The equipment adopts the air flow form of vertical one-way flow. The return air shall be pre filtered through the primary efficiency filter to remove the large particle dust particles in the air flow. The air after pretreatment is filtered twice through the medium efficiency filter to fully protect the high efficiency filter. Under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan, the high efficiency filter is used to meet the cleaning requirements. The clean air flow is sent to the air supply box, 90% of which forms a uniform vertical air flow through the uniform air supply mesh plate, and 10% of which is discharged from the equipment through the air volume regulating plate. All air flows are processed by high efficiency filters, so the air supply and exhaust are free of residual dust, avoiding secondary pollution.
As a stable unidirectional flow is formed in the working area, the dust emitted in this area will be trapped by the primary and intermediate efficiency filters along with the airflow under the influence of unidirectional airflow.The equipment is equipped with 10% exhaust air to form negative pressure relative to the external environment, which to a certain extent ensures that the dust in this area will not spread to the outside and plays a role in protecting the external environment.
