The structure and use requirements of the special-shaped die tablet press machine: if the tablet is pressed on the special-shaped die, the die has certain positioning requirements, such as square, triangle, oval and other shapes. The upper punch of the turntable has requirements on the structure of the tablet press. The higher requirements on the die are because the upper punch needs to have a directional key, which is coordinated with the upper punch of the turntable during the installation process. The lower punch does not leave the middle die hole during the working process, so no other processing is required. Pressing tablets with a special-shaped die cannot rotate freely, but moves up and down along the upper and lower guide rails.
