Tablet Press Parts
The machine turntable is the main running part of the tablet press. It consists of upper and lower bearing assemblies, main shaft, turntable and other main components. The main shaft is supported on the bearing, driven by the worm gear pair, connected by splines, and the main shaft is driven to make the turntable rotate. The track has a cylindrical cam and a plane cam composed of an upper track and a lower track, which are the tracks of the upper and lower punches. The upper track is composed of several pieces of rails, such as the upper punching upper rail, the upper punching lower rail, the upper punching upper parallel rail, the upper punching lower parallel rail, and the lowering rail. They are respectively fastened on the upper track disc. The lower track is from the lower rush to the upper track and the lower rush to the lower track
