Tablet Press Maintenance Six Steps

1. The lubrication of the friction surfaces of all moving parts is an important link to ensure the normal operation of the machine and prolong the service life. In particular, if the main moving parts are dry and run without oil, they will quickly be damaged and cannot be used. Therefore, before the tablet press is used, all oil cups, oil holes and friction surfaces must be lubricated, and the air is running, so that each friction surface is covered with an oil film before use. In the future, every shift will be refueled on time, but not too much each time, so as to avoid spills affecting cleaning.

2. Before each work, check whether the screws of the tablet press are loose. During work, be sure to check the machine. If it is loose, please tighten it immediately to avoid malfunction. The main components are: upper punch fastening nut, intermediate mold fixing screw, lower punch positioning screw; connecting rod locking nut, connecting rod pin fixing screw; lifting fork locking nut (2) butterfly screw; installation fixing screw (2 ).

3. Before and after each shift, several pieces must be manually tested, and then there is no problem after turning on the electric tablet.

4. During the tablet pressing process, the quality of the mold should be checked frequently. If the edge is missing, cracked or severely damaged, it should be replaced in time to avoid damage to the machine and affect the quality of the tablet.

5. After using the tablet press every day, remove the remaining powder and wipe off all parts of the machine. If the downtime is long, the mold must be removed and the tablet pressed against each surface. Wipe the work surface, apply anti-rust oil, and cover with dust-proof clothing; the mold should be wiped clean and soaked in oil to save.

6. Check the tablet press machine regularly, 2 times a month.
