1. Main body: the body is an independent rectangular cylinder, on which the closed bearing seat is connected to the powder hopper, the powder hopper extends out of the body, and the V-shaped chassis is installed under it, and the ground is wide and flat, so the bottom must be installed , can be placed anywhere for indoor use.

2. Particle manufacturing device: The rotating drum is placed horizontally under the powder hopper, and there are bearing supports at the front and rear. It rotates in reverse through the transmission of the rack. The front bearing cover on the end face is movable. When installing and disassembling, just rotate The next wing nut, the bearing cover and the rotating drum can be pulled out, and the two ends of the placing drum are made with convex square rings, which are embedded in the bearing chamber, so as to prevent the oil from penetrating into the powder and sticking and plugging.

3. Gearbox: Worm gear transmission, speed ratio 1:12, engine oil can be stored in the box to ensure good gear lubrication and no noise. There is a sight glass on the box to observe the operation and oil storage. Equipped with an eccentric shaft, which drives the rack for reciprocating motion.

4. Screen clamping pipe: installed on both sides of the rotating drum, made of steel pipe, with a long groove in the middle, the two ends of the screen are embedded in the groove, and the flower-shaped handwheel is turned to wrap the screen on the outer circle of the rotating drum. There are gears in the hand wheel to support, and the tightness can be adjusted.

5. Motor frame: one is fastened to the screw, and the motor is installed on the iron plate. When the screw is turned, the motor moves up and down for adjusting the belt. When the lever is bolted, the motor moves up and down to adjust the belt.
