The reinforcement treatment of the air duct in the sterile purification workshop shall meet the following requirements:

For air ducts with thin steel plate flanges, the reinforcing ribs should be rolled, and the protruding parts of the reinforcing ribs should be located on the outer surface of the air duct. The arrangement interval should be uniform, and the plate surface should not have obvious deformation; When the strength is lower than the specified strength, the outer reinforcement frame and the inner support of the pipe can be used for reinforcement. The distance between the reinforcement and one end of the air duct connection flange should not be greater than 250mm; the height of the outer reinforcement profile should not be greater than the height of the air duct flange, and the interval should be uniform Symmetrical, the connection with the air duct should be firm, and the spacing of bolts or riveting points should not be greater than 220mm. 1. Reinforcement of circular air ducts

When the diameter of the circular air duct (excluding the spiral air duct) is greater than or equal to 800mm, and the length of the pipe section is greater than 1250mm or the length is not greater than 1250mm, but the total surface area of u200bu200bthe pipe section is greater than 4m2, reinforcement measures should be taken. A flat steel reinforcement ring is added at an appropriate distance, and the reinforcement ring is fixed on the air duct with rivets. In order to prevent the bite from cracking during transportation or hoisting, when the diameter of the circular air duct is greater than 500mm, both ends of the longitudinal bite are fixed with rivets or spot welding.

2. Reinforcement of rectangular air ducts

Most of the air ducts in the sterile purification workshop project are rectangular. Compared with the circular air duct, the rectangular air duct is easily deformed, and its reinforcement is more important. The current construction quality acceptance code 'Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance Code' GB50243--2002 stipulates that the side length of the rectangular air duct is greater than 630mm or the side length of the insulation air duct is greater than 800mm, and the length of the pipe section is greater than 1250mm or the length of the pipe section is not greater than 1250mm, but Reinforcement measures should be taken if the unilateral flat area of u200bu200blow-pressure air ducts is greater than 1.2m2, and the unilateral flat areas of medium and high-pressure air ducts are larger than 1.0m2.

The specification of the angle steel can be slightly smaller than that of the air duct flange; when the size of the large side of the air duct is 630~800mm, 25×3 flat steel can be used as the reinforcement frame; when the size of the large side of the air duct is 800~1250mm, it can be used. Use ∟25×25×4 angle steel as reinforcement frame; when the large side size of air duct is 1250~2000m, ∟30×30×4 angle steel can be used as reinforcement frame; reinforcement frame and air duct are riveted, and the distance between rivets is the same as The riveted flange is the same; when the size of the large side of the air duct is within the specified range for reinforcement, but the size of the small side of the air duct is not within the specified range for reinforcement, only the large side of the air duct can be reinforced with angle steel, and the specification of the angle steel used can be the same as the flange. .

(2) Stiffeners should be rolled for the air ducts connected by thin steel plate flanges. After the air duct is unfolded and blanked, first place the wall plate on the rolling groove machine and roll out the crosshairs or linear reinforcing ribs, but the influence of the rolling groove reinforcing ribs on the size should be considered when the air duct is unfolded and blanked. The protruding part of the reinforcing rib should be located on the outer surface of the air duct, the arrangement interval should be uniform, and the board surface should not be significantly deformed. (5) The arrangement of the support reinforcement in the air duct should be neat and the spacing should be uniform and symmetrical, and special gaskets should be provided at the stress (pressure) surfaces of the air duct at both ends of the support. When using the inner support of the pipe sleeve, the length should be equal to the length of the side of the air duct, the support and the air duct wall should be fastened with rivets or self-tapping screws, and the distance between each support point, each support point and the edge or flange of the air duct should be Evenly, should not be larger than 950mm. The shape of the support should have as little effect on the flow of air as possible.

(6) When the length of the high-pressure and medium-pressure air duct system is greater than 1250mm, it should be reinforced with a reinforcing frame.
