Porcelain tablet press mold maintenance precautions

Precautions 1. When installing and removing the mold, first disconnect the power supply of the pharma machinery, and be sure to turn the car manually. 2. Do not drop tools and other foreign objects into the mold to prevent damage to the mold. 3. When installing and disassembling the mold, first loosen the fixing bolts of the middle mold (rotate counterclockwise 5 times), so as not to touch the connecting parts of the pharma machinery. 4. Make sure the mold groove is clean. If there is dirt in the mold groove, the mold and the mold table will be uneven, and the mold seat must be used for cleaning. 5. When the middle mold is installed correctly, its top surface is flush with the turning surface. If the mold is not at the same height as the turning surface, be sure to take out the mold and install it again. 6. Put the disassembled mold into the mold tray (the punch pins cannot face each other) and do not collide with each other. Maintenance: 1. When replacing the mold, the upper punch and the lower punch should be removed in sequence, and then the middle mold should be removed. (Because the sheet-shaped knife-edge part of the mold is very sensitive, do not collide with each other during the process of removing the mold). 2. Clean and check the disassembled molds one by one, and repair and replace the molds with new ones in time if any problematic molds are found. 3. Protect the mold after cleaning or repairing (apply rust inhibitor for protection), then cover the mold head with a protective sleeve and place it in the mold cabinet.
