Description
The installation of the air duct of the purification air conditioning system shall be carried out under the condition that the construction has been completed on the ground of the installation part and dust control measures are available indoors.
After the installation of the air duct system, the tightness test of the system shall be carried out, and the air duct insulation and other procedures shall be carried out only after passing the acceptance test.
The lifting and support of the air duct system shall be firmly connected with the building envelope. When fixed with expansion bolts, it shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding technical documents.The support and hanger should be treated with corrosion protection.

1. Wipe clean before installation to be free of grease and floating dust;
2.In case of a halt or completion of construction, the air duct port shall be blocked;
3.Flange gaskets should be made of non-dust-producing, non-aging, non-breathable and flexible materials; The thickness of gasket should be 5 ~ 8mm;
4.The flange gasket shall not be butt joint with straight joints. It is strictly prohibited to paint the gasket. Sealant can be used at the joint.
5. Reliable sealing measures shall be taken when the air duct passes through the hanging ceiling and partition of the clean room (area);
6. No other pipelines are allowed to cross the air duct. |
