It USES the relation between the solubility of supercritical fluid and its density, that is, the influence of pressure and temperature on the solubility of supercritical fluid.

 | Characteristics 1. SFE is the cleanest extraction method. Since there is no organic solvent in the whole process, there is no residual solvent in the extraction.
2. Extraction and separation are combined into one. When the CO2 fluid of saturated dissolved substance enters the separator, CO2 and extraction rapidly become two phases (gas-liquid separation) and immediately separate due to the decrease of pressure or the change of temperature. 3.All the pipes are covered with insulation cotton to avoid the temperature change form condensate water damage machine and low down the noise greatly.Our workers all have more than 10 years production experience. 4.And our machine is designed only need connect 6 quickly interface pipes.This is easy and save at least USD 6,000-10,000 engineer abroad installation fees. 5.All body use SUS 304 easy to clean and not easy to rust.All the parts adopted advanced design to low down the power loss and increase the production speed. |
