Description
The clean grade is Class D(100,000), used for tablet and capsule production workshop. The whole room have gowning area, air lock, dispensing and sampling room, blister packing room, finish product area.
The project adopt PVC sheet as wall and roof, PVC curtain as entrance door, ceiling with LED light and FFU units.
Clean room height is 9 feet, the size can be customize according actual condition. Generally from 2.15- 2.8 meter.
The support frame are aluminum alloy profile, L shape and I shape connect parts. Before material send out we will pre set up, the frame will be assembled and do electric test. Customer can install it easily by our instruction step and manual.
