Cold storage is mainly used for constant temperature storage of food, dairy products, meat,

aquatic products, poultry, fruits and vegetables, cold drinks, flowers, green plants,medicines,

chemical raw materials, electronic instruments, etc. Refrigerator is actually a kind of cold air

equipment combined with low temperature. Refrigerator (refrigeratory) is also a kind of

refrigeration equipment. Compared with refrigerator, its refrigeration area is much larger,

but they have the same refrigeration principle.

Generally, refrigerators are usually cooled by refrigerators. The liquid with

very low gasification temperature (ammonia or freon) is used as coolant to evaporate

under low pressure and mechanical control, absorb the heat in the storage,

so as to achieve the purpose of cooling.

The most commonly used is the compressed refrigerator,

which is mainly composed of compressor, condenser, throttle valve and evaporation tube.

According to the way of evaporation tube device, it can be divided into direct cooling

and indirect cooling. Direct cooling installs the evaporation tube in the refrigerated warehouse.

When the liquid coolant passes through the evaporation tube, it absorbs the heat directly

in the warehouse and reduces the temperature.

Indirect cooling is a device in which the air in the warehouse is sucked into

the air cooling device by the blower. The air is hovered in the evaporator tube

in the cooling device to absorb heat and then sent into the warehouse to cool down.

The advantages of air cooling are rapid cooling, uniform temperature in the reservoir,

ability to take harmful gases such as carbon dioxide produced during storage out of the reservoir.
