SZ Pharma Focuses On Professional Cleanroom Project And Pharmaceutical Cleanroom Equipment, 100% pass GMP and cGMP
At seven o’clock in the morning, vehicles rolled out from Suzhou factory. A full set of cleanroom general contracting products from Suzhou Pharma Machinery officially departed, heading for the customer’s production base under construction.
When people walk into a clean workshop, they only notice smooth, glossy walls that can be cleaned with one wipe. Few realize every panel has passed countless disinfection, dust control and fire resistance tests, forming the fundamental defense line of the entire cleanroom.
Unlike cheap ordinary color steel panels for construction sites, Suzhou Pharma cleanroom panels are specially optimized for the Botanical industry. Their ultra-smooth pore-free surfaces meet strict roughness standards; repeated wiping with disinfectants leaves no water stains or biofilm growth. The interlocking splicing structure fits seamlessly to eliminate dead corners where dust accumulates and particles hide — a critical detail highly valued during Botanical factory audits.
If panels form the enclosure of a cleanroom, the complete AHU purification HVAC system acts as its core heart, sustaining stable cleanliness standards inside the workshop. Botanical production imposes extremely strict air requirements: constant temperature, controllable humidity, continuous particulate filtration and stable indoor pressure differentials. Ordinary commercial air conditioners fail to meet such demands, so all purification units shipped this time are custom-built to match on-site production conditions.
The full system consists of modular air handling units, external chilled water units, clean air ducts and multi-stage filter modules. Internally, units are equipped with primary, medium and high-efficiency filters. Fresh outdoor air undergoes multi-layer interception to block dust, pollen and microorganisms entirely. Cooling, heating, dehumidification and humidification modules then precisely regulate air parameters, maintaining temperature between 18–26°C and relative humidity within the Botanical standard range of 45%–65%.
Different zones in Botanical workshops require pressure isolation, with strict pressure gradients separating raw material rooms, production areas and packaging zones. Equipped with intelligent variable frequency control modules, this HVAC system independently adjusts air volume and pressure by zone, ensuring air flows unidirectionally from higher-cleanliness areas to lower-cleanliness zones and preventing reverse contamination from outside. Maintenance access doors are reserved on unit bodies, allowing filter replacement and heat exchanger maintenance without full unit disassembly for convenient daily operation.
Matching galvanized clean air ducts receive passivation sealing treatment, free of burrs and shedding iron scraps to avoid secondary dust pollution inside pipelines. All HVAC equipment completes full operational testing before leaving the factory, and only units passing all indicators including temperature & humidity fluctuation, air volume and filtration efficiency get packed for delivery.
Review the full lifecycle of this project: after the client’s initial visit with demands for a brand-new clean workshop, our engineers designed a complete general contracting solution tailored to production categories and required cleanliness levels, with detailed air volume distribution plans for every functional zone.
Our quality inspection team implements 100% full inspection rather than random sampling. Every panel and unit undergoes item-by-item parameter verification. Even tiny accessories such as sealing strips and filter frames are strictly checked; defective or missing components are fully reworked and never mixed into finished shipments.
Packaging prioritizes full protection for long-distance transportation: panels are film-wrapped and reinforced with wooden frames to avoid coating scratches from bumps in transit. Large air handling units are secured separately, while pipelines and spare parts are individually packed in wooden cases to protect precision components from damage during bumpy haulage. Complete installation manuals, inspection reports and equipment warranty documents are delivered alongside the cargo. Our technical team can provide on-site support for installation and commissioning to deliver a one-stop solution.
For Suzhou Pharma, each shipment represents far more than order fulfillment — it is the delivery of our years of accumulated expertise in integrated cleanroom contracting to partners who place their trust in us. We will continue tracking on-site installation progress, providing timely technical support, and deliver reliable full cleanroom systems to support our clients’ smooth launch of production lines.
