ISO 5 Cleanroom Design: Key Factors To Consider
The GMP standard clean room have the iso 5 cleanroom air clean standard.
The iso 5 cleanroom also can be called the class 100 air clean room workshop.
The air that come into the clean room space will go through the high effect air filter first，
After that the air will run in the air clean space and when the air get out of the space from the return air inlet，there are some dust will stay in the air clean space for a short time.

The air will also pass through the high effect air filter first，but it will not loop in the air clean space. Because there are full high effect air filter on the ceiling and raised floor on the surface ground. The air flow will get into the room from ceiling and Directly discharged from the room through vertical airflow. The air in the iso 5 cleanroom will not be mixing，the dust in the room will not stay any more time，the dust will go out of the air clean room at once.
for the design of the iso 5 cleanroom，we should consider the height of the ceiling whether high enough. Usually the height of the clean room is more 2.4 meter，and the raised floor need 15-25cm，so the ceiling inside should be more 2.6 meter. The outside clean room need have the air duct on the top of the clean room building. The total height of the iso 5 cleanroom will be more than 3.6 meter high. The air change times of the iso 5 cleanroom is not the first important thing，the first thing is keeping 0.2-0.5m/s speed of the air flow，also the iso 5 cleanroom need a high power and Refrigeration capacity. Because the air that go into the clean room is all the fresh air，they need to be heat or cool，there is no return air for the iso 5 cleanroom
