The installation and commissioning of refrigeration equipment is an important part of refrigeration work. The quality of the installation will have a long-term impact on the convenience of operation and maintenance of the equipment. Sometimes it is integral type, some is assembled type, and the larger refrigeration equipment is bulk type. The installation of refrigeration equipment is different from the installation of other mechanical equipment. It has its particularity. All equipment such as pipelines are pressurized containers. Generally, the pressure is several to ten times higher than atmospheric pressure. The changes are large, and some equipment sometimes work under vacuum, so there are certain strength requirements; the oxide scale, welding slag and other impurities inside the equipment and connecting pipelines must be removed, otherwise it will cause cylinders, pistons, air valves, etc. Components such as expansion valve and oil pump will wear out quickly, or cause blockage, so that the refrigeration unit cannot operate normally; the equipment and pipes that have been cleaned and dried should be strictly sealed one by one and stored properly. Open the freon side of the machine and equipment to prevent moisture in the air from infiltrating. After the system is installed, the air tightness test should be done carefully, and the non-condensable gas and moisture in the system must be fully extracted before charging the refrigerant.
The layout of the refrigeration system should be considered according to the refrigeration process and ease of use and management. The refrigeration unit should be close to the cold storage, the compressor should be as close as possible to the evaporator and the condenser, and the connecting pipe should be shortened to reduce the flow resistance of the pipeline and the cooling capacity. It should be kept away from equipment with heat sources such as stoves and drying rooms; the machine room should be spacious and the air should be unobstructed. If necessary, an exhaust fan should be installed on the partition wall to strengthen ventilation to facilitate the heat dissipation of the unit. There should be about 1m around the unit. The open space is used for the operation and maintenance of the management personnel. The ambient temperature of the computer room should not exceed 40 ℃, nor lower than 0 ℃; the cooling water pipe should be dedicated to the water supply, and its pressure should not be lower than 0.12MPa, and the water inlet pipe should be equipped with a valve In order to adjust the water volume, the water pipe should take into account that the water in the condenser can be drained in winter, so as to prevent the condenser pipe from freezing and cracking; the assembled refrigeration equipment has been tested for operation before leaving the factory and filled with refrigerant, which needs to be carried out before installation. Appearance inspection, the compressor unit or condensing unit of the equipment supplied in groups has been tested before leaving the factory. There is no special case. Generally, it is not necessary to dismantle and inspect the inside of the machine. Check the cleanliness of the interior, and blow it with nitrogen or dry compressed air. The cleaning work should be done as thoroughly as possible; all connecting pipelines should be very clean, the pipeline layout should be correct, reasonable, neat and beautiful, and the loss of pipeline resistance should be minimized. Arrange the position of each auxiliary equipment reasonably, and consider not to hinder the maintenance and repair of other equipment. Before the refrigeration compressor is in place, find out the center line of the foundation according to the drawing 'layout'. If there are multiple compressors, the center lines should be parallel and aligned, and a wire rope with sufficient strength should be used to cover the compressor. For the lifting part, lift the compressor according to the lifting technical safety regulations, put on the anchor bolts, align with the center line of the foundation, place it on the pre-cast concrete foundation, and place horns on both sides of the anchor bolt holes. Everything is ready. Then put the compressor on the pad iron slowly; place the spirit level on the processing reference surface of the compressor, and use the pad iron to adjust to the level. The installation accuracy is that the axial and lateral horizontal deviation is 0.1mm per meter, of course, the higher the accuracy The better, there should be no gap between the horn and the base, so that the force is evenly distributed.
