5. The feeder is damaged

1.Fault condition:Collide with undershoot

Cause of failure:(1) the out sheet is not adjusted properly, and the down punch is higher than the plane of the middle die(2) the fixed screw of the lower punch is loose, and the lower punch rises out of the plane of the middle die

Fault prevention and treatment:When installing and adjusting the die, pay attention to the looseness of the screw. Immediately press the die to the bottom and tighten the fixing screw.

2.Fault condition:Collide with the lower part of the middle mold

Cause of failure:The fixing screws of the middle mold are loose, and the middle mold rises out of the plane of the middle mold bedplate.

Fault prevention and treatment:When installing and adjusting the die, pay attention to the looseness of the screw. Immediately press the die to the bottom and tighten the fixing screw.

3.Fault condition:Damaged by the upper impact

Cause of failure:(1) reverse rotation and collision during adjustment(2) when adjusting, the position of the upper punch rod is too low, and the rotation of the hand wheel causes collision
