2 To disassemble the upper punch rod of the small tablet press, first loosen the locking nut of the connecting rod, turn the upper punch rod to separate from the connecting rod, turn the hand wheel to raise the eccentric wheel housing to the highest position, and turn the eccentric connecting rod to swing the connecting rod. To the top front, the bian can pull out the upper punch rod from above the hole in the formwork. Refer to the above reverse order for installation.

3. To disassemble the lower punch of the small tablet press, the lower punch fixing screw must first be unscrewed. The butterfly screw and the gear platen rotate the adjustment gear to lower the lower punch and take it out from the bottom hole of the machine body. 4 To disassemble the connecting rod of the PHARMA small tablet press, first remove the upper punch rod, then remove the wire retaining ring on the connecting rod pin, and take out the connecting rod pin to remove the connecting rod. Installation and cleaning are carried out in reverse order of the above.

5 Disassembly of the large pulley, pinion and bridge shaft of the small tablet press machine: push down on the V-belt, unscrew the right-end mother of the bridge shaft and the washer (inside the fuselage), and hold the large pulley together with the pinion by hand Pull out together with the bridge shaft, and then use the bridge shaft to be pulled out from the wheel hole. (The big belt pulley, the pinion and the axle sleeve are all pressed into one body, and generally do not need to be disassembled). Please refer to the above reverse order for installation.

(Remove the hand wheel and filling cam if necessary) Remove the protective cover, unscrew the screws and washers, and tap the non-working surface inside the large gear with a wooden hammer (not heavy). Remove it (be careful not to lose the lifting roller), and then tap the shaft end with a wooden hammer and copper rod (be careful not to damage the screw hole of the shaft end), hold the other end of the shaft and hold the eccentric wheel housing at the same time , slowly remove the spindle.
