  • The choice of hospital clean room

The application of clean room has been extended to many departments of hospital. Such as: clean operation department; Special ward; Nursing unit; Sterile storage area; Liquid dispensing center; Special laboratories, life science laboratories, important bio-safety systems, sophisticated new instrument rooms; Clean auxiliary room (sterile auxiliary materials room, disposable items room, etc.).

The clean room should be equipped with corresponding auxiliary rooms, such as changing rooms, bathroom rooms, buffer rooms, clean supplies, special channels for dirt, clean air conditioning room and cold and heat source system.

 

  • Air conditioning system configuration of clean room

Hospital clean room air conditioning system is a constant temperature and humidity system, in order to corresponding cleanliness with a multi-level filter, increase the resistance of the system.

The air duct system is as short and smooth as possible, reducing elbows, and various filters are selected with low resistance to reduce system resistance. The fresh air unit adopts the deep dehumidification scheme, and the secondary return air system can be used for the self-supplied fresh air to reduce the cold and hot confrontation and achieve the purpose of saving energy. For air conditioning units that are centrally arranged and have a large exhaust air volume, the heat recovery system can be considered, and the exhaust air can be pretreated with fresh air through heat exchange, but effective measures should be accounted for and prevented from cross-contamination.

 

  • Lighting system configuration of clean room

Since the clean room is a relatively closed space, the illumination requirement of the room is relatively high, in order to save energy, the use of natural light sources is considered as far as possible in the design. For the lighting system of hospital cleanroom project, can choose energy-efficient light sources (such as LED light, etc.), and use intelligent control systemaccording to the demand for adjustment.
