Cream cosmetics have higher viscosity and poor fluidity at clean room modular temperature, and generally need to be extruded or picked out by external force. The moisturizing cream should be delicate and shiny, without coarse particles, without irritating the skin, moderate hardness, soft skin, preventing degreasing and retaining moisture. When preparing, add the oil phase to the beaker in turn, stir, heat to 85 ° C, and keep warm for 5 minutes; Add glycerin into water, heat, stir to dissolve, and heat to 85°C; pour the oil phase into the water phase, and emulsify with a homogenizer for 3 minutes; add phase C and homogenize for 1-2 minutes; when the temperature is lowered to 60°C, add TEA, Stir evenly; when the temperature is lowered to 40 ℃, add the essence and stir evenly, and bottle after passing the inspection.

Moisturizing cream has moisturizing and protective effects on the skin. The content of oily ingredients is generally 10%-70%, mainly O/W type and W/O type; it is required to have a white and beautiful appearance, fine texture, good hand feeling and suitable viscosity , easy to pour, pick or squeeze; easy to spread and disperse on the skin, no blushing, no streaks; good moisturizing but no sticky feel. Equipment required for preparation: water bath, glass rod, pH meter, beaker, measuring cylinder, scale, microscope; stir and heat phase A to at least 80-85°C, and keep stirring for more than 10 minutes; stir and heat phase B to 85-90°C, Keep stirring for more than 10 minutes; add phase A to phase B, stir and homogenize for 3 minutes; add phase C after cooling to 50 °C, and stir well; add phase D after cooling to 45 °C, stir evenly, and can be installed after passing the inspection bottle. Qualified products are inspected with a microscope and the results are that most of the particles are 1-10 μm in diameter, spherical, and evenly distributed. The water phase and oil phase raw materials must be completely dissolved before mixing and emulsification; the temperature must be the same or similar before the water phase and oil phase are mixed and emulsified, and the temperature difference cannot exceed 10 °C; to join. The emulsification principle of W/O moisturizing cream is similar to that of other types of emulsions. The W/O emulsifier reduces the interfacial tension between the oil phase and the water phase, and forms an emulsifier adsorption layer at the oil-water interface. The hydrophilic groups of the adsorption layer are directed outward toward the oil phase, and the hydrophilic groups are directed inward toward the water phase, thereby forming a W/O emulsion. During preparation, stir and heat phase A and phase B to 80-85°C, keep stirring for more than 10 minutes; stir and heat phase D and phase F to 85-90°C, keep stirring for more than 10 minutes; add phase II to phase I, stir evenly. After cooling to 50 °C, add phase C, fully stir and homogenize for 2 minutes; after cooling to 45 °C, add phase E, stir evenly, and cool to clean room modular temperature.
