2. Water distributor and water collector
The main function of the water distributor: the chilled water provided by the different chillers in the refrigeration station is gathered to the water distributor, and then the water distributor provides the cold source to the air-conditioning terminal equipment distributed in different positions through the branch pipeline—— frozen water.
The main function of the water collector: the chilled water flowing back from different air-conditioning terminal devices at the remote end (if the temperature of the chilled water flowing into the air-conditioning terminal is 7°C, the design temperature of the return water is 12°C). Back to the water collector, since the temperature of the return water of the chilled water has increased (a value higher than 7°C, but not more than 5°C), it must flow back to the chiller to continue cooling.
3. Chilled water pump
The main function of the chilled water pump is to provide power for overcoming the damping of chilled water transport. If there is only one level of chilled water pump in the chilled water circuit, this level of chilled water pump is connected to the side of the chilled water return port of the chiller, which is called the first level of chilled water pump; if there are two levels of chilled water pumps in the chilled water circuit, the other water pump Connected to the side of the chilled water outlet of the chiller, it is called a secondary chilled water pump. 4. Cooling water pump and cooling water tower
(1) Cooling water tower.
The condenser in the chiller produces a large amount of heat during operation. This heat is carried away through the cooling water circulation and dissipated into the space through the cooling tower. After absorbing heat from the condenser, the cooling water heats up, and is injected into the cooling tower space through the cooling water inlet pipe, and the cooling tower fan blows the injected cooling water into smaller droplets. The surrounding air undergoes heat exchange, and the temperature decreases and then flows back to the chiller from the cooling water outlet pipe to continue the above-mentioned cooling cycle process.
(2) Cooling water pump. In order to overcome the obstacles of damping and water potential energy encountered in the circulating flow of cooling water, a cooling water pump can be used. In the system structure of the refrigeration station, the cooling water pump is connected to the water outlet side of the cooling tower. In other words, the cooling water pump is connected to the cooling water return side of the chiller.
