High-speed tablet press overload protection alarm frequent solution
A common failure of the overload protection system is frequent alarms. The main reason is that the tablet pressure is too high or the setting pressure of the overload protection spring is too small.
The solution is to adjust the pressure handwheel to reduce the pressure of the overload protection spring or increase the set pressure.
Troubleshooting of gearbox for high-speed tablet press
The gearbox is composed of a worm gear, a worm and a box. A common fault is oil leakage from the gearbox. It is mainly caused by loose flange screws or aging oil seal.
The solution is to tighten the flange screws or replace the oil seal and apply sealant.
