• Fire

1. When designing and building the clean room, prepare escape routes in advance so that worker can evacuate to safe area quickly. Arrange fire drills and training regularly so that worker have respond ability in advance.
2. Install fire alarm equipment and conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure that the alarm can be called in time.

3. Equip fire extinguishing equipment according to fire protection requirements. If the fire is small, workers can use fire extinguishers for initial firefighting to avoid wasting time. However, the safety of the fire must be guaranteed first. If the fire expands or cannot be controlled, the firefighting should be stopped immediately and evacuated.

4. Set up an emergency power cut-off device. Fire smoke can spread to other areas through the air conditioning system. Therefore, the power supply should be cut off at the first time to prevent the fire from spreading.

• Chemical Leakage

3. Evacuate all personnel in and around the leak area, and avoid inhaling harmful gases or contacting toxic substances during the evacuation process.

3. Train employees to learn to repair equipment failures.

1. The natural conditions in different countries and regions are different. Corresponding emergency plans should be formulated for different disasters such as floods, fires, earthquakes, volcanoes, etc. according to the local conditions.
2. Prepare necessary disaster relief supplies and equipment, such as emergency lighting, sandbag fire extinguishers, gas masks, etc.
