Different from the support filter paper, the fine (deep) filter paper uses fibers to wrap the filter aid, which can make the filter paper have the effect of deep filtration, and the filtration precision is higher, which can be used for clarification filtration and sterilization filtration.

The gradually tightening structure of fine (deep) filter paperboard makes the pore size of the upper layer of the filter material relatively loose, and the pore size becomes gradually tighter as the longitudinal depth expands. Therefore, the large impurity particles can be blocked on the surface, and the small particles of impurities are intercepted on the different longitudinal gradients of the filter material according to their particle size, so as to ensure stable flow rate and good dirt holding capacity; for solid content of 15 %~30% or a solution with a certain viscosity has a more obvious effect; fine (deep) filter cardboard can be positively charged, which can absorb negative charges, cell debris smaller than the filter hole, microorganisms and other impurities, so as to obtain better filtration Effect.
