To enter the room first pass through a pair of interlocking purification doors.
Air handling unit with air duct which supply the clean air into the cleanroom. To control the temperature to the clean environment.From the double door enter into the cleanroom. Stainless steel 304 air shower for people removing dust, double side blowing direction and time from 0-99s adjust. The pass box is static design with interlock door. Items can be transfer through this window, so that can reduce the open times.
The wall connection parts adopt dust free design aluminum alloy profile. It’s use at the wall and roof, wall and floor, wall and windows. The door size can design single door, double door and custom size. And door type including swing door, sliding door and fast rolling shutter door. They are used for different function and position. At operating room will use automatic sliding door, for goods passing will use fast rolling shutter door.
In the color display, we made the color of the double door into two colors. If the customer likes, we can also customize the two color style for the customer.
Here, customers can more intuitively see the material composition of the clean room. At the presentation area there are hepa filter, hepa box, fan filter unit,etc.
