Clean room combined air-conditioning unit is an important equipment for air treatment in the air-conditioning system. Users must install it in strict accordance with the construction specifications of HVAC equipment. It is necessary to check the foundation of the installed unit before installation. The provided steel support or concrete foundation must have sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand all the weight and vibration of the unit during operation. ; The bearing capacity of the foundation shall be considered as being 1.2 times greater than the total weight of the unit. Be sure to pay attention to the strength and reliability of the bearing body, otherwise there will be major hidden dangers; The overall size of the unit is 50-100mm longer than the overall size of the unit; the foundation surface should be flat and smooth, and the diagonal horizontal error should not exceed 5mm. For the unit installed on the ground, in order to reduce the transmission of vibration of the unit, it is recommended to place a vibration-damping rubber pad under the base of the unit.

External water pipelines must be cleaned before they can be connected to the heat exchange inlet and outlet pipelines of the air conditioner unit to avoid blocking the heat exchanger pipelines; Generally, it is top in and bottom out, and take over according to the mark to avoid wrong taking over; the inlet and outlet pipes of the air-conditioning unit are generally connected with pipe threads. When connecting with the water pipe of the unit, do not use too much force to avoid damage to the heat exchanger; , the air release valve and the drain valve should be set on the pipeline outside the unit. The connection between the unit and the air duct should be equipped with a flexible connecting pipe. The weight of the air duct should not be borne by the unit. The connection should be sealed and insulated to avoid air leakage and condensation. The air outlet of the unit must be at least twice the size of the long side of the air outlet. Straight air ducts, bends and reduced diameters will increase additional pressure loss, resulting in insufficient air flow. All the inlet and outlet pipelines of the unit are all insulated, and the insulation of valves and joints should be reserved for maintenance operations. If a steam coil is used, a steam trap must be installed at the steam outlet to ensure smooth drainage. The water tank in the spray section is located at the bottom of the unit and is lower than the bottom panel of other functional sections, so the horizontal position of other functional sections must be raised during installation; the external water pump is installed on site by the user, and its horizontal position should be the same as that of the water tank in the spray section. The space required for installation depends on the water pump used. It is recommended to use a U-shaped drain pipe to ensure smooth drainage when the unit is under negative pressure. Check whether the installation and embedding method of the primary and middle high-efficiency filters are correct, carefully check whether the color of various filter materials is uniform, whether the filter materials are scratched or damaged, if necessary, replace them in time, and whether the filter fixing brackets are fastened in place. If it is found to be loose, tighten the fixing nut.
