Blister Packaging Machine

Blister packaging machine is a machine in which a transparent plastic film or sheet is formed into a blister, and the product is sealed between the blister and the bottom plate by heat sealing, bonding and other methods.

The Blister packing machine is of flat-plate structure, with pressing, molding, meshes heat-sealing, adjustable travel range, operation. Aluminum-Aluminum, Aluminum-Plastic, Paper-Plastic packaging can be used, it suitable for pharmacy, healthcare, food, cosmetics, medical equipment industry etc. It adopt controller with touch screen /Frequency inverter for speed control, servo traction, which can ensure the length of blister traction adjustable within the range.

The general process is Blister forming (up and down heating)—Feeding by brush feeder---heat sealing (up heating)—Batch number embossing—Perforation line impression—Punching and cutting—Finish product output .
