Anti-corrosion and thermal insulation of central air-conditioning engineering

According to the installation and construction requirements of the central air-conditioning project, anti-corrosion and thermal insulation measures should be taken. In the central air-conditioning project, the equipment and pipelines at the parts that cause cold and heat loss and product condensate water should be insulated, and the factors of reducing cold and heat losses and the price of materials should be considered, and the actual application of the project should be determined. Insulation material of pipeline shall be non-combustible or flame-retardant material; non-combustible or flame-retardant rigid thermal insulation liner should be used between cold-insulating pipeline and support and hanger. The thermal insulation material should be in close contact with the surface of the air duct, components and equipment without any gaps; (3) The vertical and horizontal contact of the thermal insulation layer should be staggered; (4) After the thermal insulation layer is bonded, if it is bandaged or bundled, the wrapping shall be overlapped. The joints should be uniform and close; the strapping should be moderately tight and the insulation layer should not be damaged. The above measures are all in the construction of the refrigeration system pipes, air ducts, air-conditioning pharma machinery and components of the central air-conditioning project, and should be carried out after the strength and tightness inspection is qualified and the anti-corrosion treatment is completed. In addition to stipulating thermal insulation, the installation and construction of central air-conditioning projects must also do anti-corrosion. The anti-corrosion coatings and paints of the central air-conditioning project must be products within the effective warranty period. When installing the central air conditioner, all non-galvanized iron parts must be sprayed (painted) with anti-rust paint twice after derusting; the exposed part of the air conditioner should be sprayed (painted) with topcoat twice. The paint spraying of various types of air-conditioning equipment and components shall not cover the famous brand marks and affect the engineering use of the components.
