The air shower is a necessary channel to enter the clean room, which can reduce the pollution problems caused by entering and leaving the clean room.

The air shower is a kind of local purification equipment with strong versatility, which is installed between the clean room and the non-clean room. When people and goods enter the clean area, they need to be blown in the air shower. The clean air blown out can remove the dust carried by people and goods, and can effectively block or reduce the dust source from entering the clean area. The front and rear doors of the air shower/cargo shower room are electronically interlocked, which can also function as an air lock to prevent unpurified air from entering the clean area.

The air shower room is divided into single air shower room, double air shower room,  multi-person air shower room and air shower channel, etc. Usually, the air shower room is generally set to be blown once every 15S. For example, the clean room has about 20 people. To control the passage within ten minutes, you can choose a single air shower or a double air shower. That is to say, a single air shower room can pass 3 people in one minute, and 20 people can pass through in about 7 minutes.

If you want to control the time to pass 20 people within five minutes, you should choose a double air shower or a multi-person air shower.
