1. Riveting requirements

Riveting connection, referred to as riveting for short, is to overlap the edges of the two sheets to be connected according to the specified size, and then riveted together with rivets. Riveting is generally used in the production of air ducts when the plate is thick and cannot be bitten, or the plate is not thick but the texture is brittle and cannot be connected by biting. 2. Riveting operation

The riveting operation adopts manual riveting or mechanical riveting according to the specific situation. In the manual riveting operation, the plate is first marked to determine the position of the rivet, then the rivet hole is drilled according to the diameter of the rivet, then the rivet is inserted, the nail tail is piled up with a hammer, and then the rivet is punched with a cover die (rivet kezi). rivet cap in a semicircle. In order to prevent the wrong hole caused by the displacement of the plate during riveting, the rivet holes at both ends can be drilled first, riveted first, and then riveted in the middle.
