According to some manufacturers, the tablet press sometimes has some failures after use. For example, after the tablet is pressed, the hardness is not enough, the surface has pits, and it will be broken when gently pressed with fingers, thereby reducing the quality of the tablet. For insufficient pressure, the solution is to increase the pressure. However, for some large tablets for special purposes, the pressure is relatively high, and if the pressure reaches or exceeds the upper limit of the pressure of the tablet press, it is necessary to customize a tablet press of corresponding specifications with a large pressure.
