The installation of air conditioning for the clean room project in Thailand is currently underway.
After installing the clean room sandwich panel around the cleanroom, we began gradually installing the HVAC system, which includes AHU(Air Handling Unit), air ducts, and external unit cold and hot exchange units.
Because it is a renovated clean room project, many of our construction spaces are very small. We also adopted a ceiling installation design for the installation of AHU. We installed AHU on the clean ceiling, not outdoors or on open spaces, between the clean room ceiling panel and the civil suspension beam. This not only saves installation space, but also shortens the length and cost of air ducts, and improves the cooling effect.
We also adopted a flat design in the size design of our air ducts, allowing them to be installed smoothly in small spaces. Our air duct insulation cotton is all covered in the factory, so that customers can install the air ducts directly after receiving them, which can save a lot of time. Moreover, our air ducts are fully designed in the factory, making them more in line with the requirements of on-site construction.
In the actual construction process, we also encountered some problems, such as hanging beams or cables above the air duct, which could not be done.
Professional knowledge and years of experience help us solve difficulties smoothly. According to the initial design and construction, we provided new accessories free of charge to the customer and completed the existing installation.
Our goal is consistent with that of the customer, to ensure the perfect delivery and operation of the project in the end.
We will provide customers with 24-hour online service to assist and guide them in completing installation and debugging in a timely manner.
At the same time, we can also dispatch engineers to the customer's local area for on-site installation and commissioning work.
